1. Mental health
가만히 생각해보면, 나의 대부분의 감정적인 혹은 주의집중에 관한 문제들은, 그저 명상하듯 흘러보내도 되는
생각들을 굳이 마음 속에 담아두어서 고여버리도록 하였기에 발생했다.
만약 이런 문제가 다시 발생한다면, 잠시 차분히 명상하듯 이 화두에 관해 생각해본다.

- Avoid processed foods
- Balanced nutrition

2.5. Checkup
2.6. Posture
- Always sit and stand with a straight back and neck
