Long version

  1. Do the most enjoyable and rewarding thing to do at the moment.
  2. Be heavily focused on creating (producing) instead of consuming in everything you do.
  3. Time flies. It inevitably gets wasted if no effort is put in. This happens to everyone.
  4. Only treat your loved ones with a positive attitude. Have empathy.
  5. Fix your posture. Stand up straight with your shoulders back.
  6. Have self-respect and self-love. Set high standards for yourself.
  7. Either find joy or urgency in everything.
  8. If there is no adrenaline in whatever you are doing, you are doing it wrong or it is not worth continuing.
  9. There is always reason to be worried that things might go wrong. Fix them, or be prepared for the consequences of your own carelessness.
  10. Spend your time each day on things that yield long-term results.
  11. Meditate. Be mindful. Define your situation and problems in great detail.
  12. You are often wrong. There is always a better approach, so find it.
  13. Ignore unimportant matters. Actively stay away from distracions.
  14. Smile. There are several good reasons to always be smiling.
  15. Finish things early. The less time spent, the higher the productivity.
  16. Stay healthy; physically and mentally. Bad health starts with small acts of neglect.
  17. Pain is gain. Effort never betrays.
  18. Under any circumstances, use the internet less than 2 hours a day.
  19. Be honest to yourself about your feelings.
  20. All sorts of unusual things happen. If something unusual happens, you have to accept it as such, shake it off, and move on.
